My client is interested in an Estridge Home/Neighborhood – Now what?
You must be present with your clients at their first visit to the neighborhood.
If you cannot attend, your buyer will need to provide us with your name & contact information at time of registration, whether that be online or onsite at one of our model homes.
Estridge Homes, the seller, may contribute towards the agreed upon commission listed in your buyer/agency agreement.
This amount should be included in the terms or offer, prior to executing a Purchase and Sale Agreement with Estridge Homes. We do require a copy of your buyer/agency agreement to be submitted with the executed Purchase and Sale Agreement.
