• Are there ranch and 2-story plans?

Yes! The Terraces will feature 3 distinctive home plans (Ranch & 2-Stories with the Primary Bedroom on the Main Level and Upper Level).

• Do The Terraces have a basement?

No, The Terraces will not have a basement.

• Am I able to select my own design finishes for The Terraces? 

Yes! We have showcase homes featuring designer selections AND opportunities for you to select your own design finishes at Studio E.

• What does low-maintenance mean at The Terraces?

The Terraces take Low-Maintenance to a new level! Snow removal, lawn maintenance, and exterior touch-ups are all INCLUDED!

• What does a Terrace mean at Midland?

A Terrace is a private outdoor living space. Your Terrace will either feature luxurious turf, a hard-scaped patio, or both!

• Will I have access to all of the Midland amenities?

Yes! Whether you are a pickleball fanatic, want to relax by the pool, boogie to concerts at The Station, or fish in the neighborhood pond, you will have access to all of the amenities Midland has to offer!

• Is this a 55+ Section?    

Nope! While this section certainly has all the convenience of a 55+ community, we want anyone from the young professional to empty nesters to feel at home in Midland.
